Innovative Remote Instructional Practices: 
An Analysis and Comparison of Community of Inquiry Presences and Student Satisfaction
This session provides research-based ideas for online pedagogy that can improve student satisfaction in online courses. Quantitative methods were used to investigated the associations between the Community of Inquiry (CoI) presences (cognitive, social and teaching) and a student satisfaction construct experienced by online community college students. The data was analyzed and aligned to sub-construct indicators. Learn how specific teaching strategies can strengthen aspects of the CoI framework and student satisfaction within online courses.
